OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Job Title: Operations Administrative/Receptionist
FLSA Status: Non Exempt
Reports to: Operations Pastor

PURPOSE:
The Operations Administrative/Receptionist oversees the efficient functioning of the Church office (including Reception) and assists with duties within the Operations Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives all Guests at Reception area
- Oversee phone system - handle all incoming calls; keep Southstone Church voicemail greetings current
- Receive packages / mail intake
- Process Connection Cards
- Oversee Southstone Church database (PCO) - data entry; keep database current
- Process Ministries Workflow "Contact People Who Filled Out Connection Card"
- Oversee staff work area/storage closet - order office supplies; manage inventory
- Oversee linen process and inventory
- Work with Dream Team for Administration - communicate with team as needed
- All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years administration or related work experience.
PROFESSIONAL / WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 3-5 years administrative experience
PHYSICAL DEMAND REQUIREMENTS:
- The physical demands may include but are not limited to: sitting, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 30 pounds as needed to fulfill job duties and requirements
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
